The Implant Treatment Process
Implant treatment is typically divided into three steps.
Step I — Extraction and Bone Graft

A CBCT scan is taken to evaluate the condition of the tooth and supporting bone to make the correct treatment decisions. The implant is screwed into the jaw bone at the prescribed location and pre-determined angle, and the patient is allowed to heal for 3 months.
